I still visit here once in a while, but am truly disappointed that the Blog has not "caught on" with the rest of the family...Facebook is nice but way too public to make it a place just for the family to share events, etc. Oh, well...you tried, Chris! (sigh)
Debbie, I really had no "expectations" for the blog, just wanted a tool to keep the family together. I used to rely on Mom for news of the family. It is disappointing that it didn't take. Phillip & Bernadette especially rarely share news, at least as far as I know.
For what it's worth, you can create a private area on facebook as well if you feel that will work better. You can create a group and designate it private...only people who are approved can join and see what is written. If it's something you would be interested in, I can set it up and then give someone else control.

I like the idea of a private group on facebook? Although, everyone may not be on facebook?
